Unlock new opportunities with a maths qualification
Whether you’re looking to change careers, boost your confidence, or support your children with their homework, gaining a qualification in maths can open doors you never thought possible.
In today’s job market, a maths qualification is more than just a certificate it’s a first-step towards better opportunities.
Many employers and training providers require a minimum of a GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in maths. Without it, you could be missing out on job offers, apprenticeships, or further education courses. In fact, studies show that adults who achieve a Level 2 qualification in maths significantly improve their employability and earning potential.
At Learn Devon, we’ve helped adult learners gain the skills and qualifications they need to move forward.
But it’s not just about work. Maths helps with everyday life — from budgeting and shopping to understanding bills and making informed decisions. And with flexible learning options available, including online and part-time courses, it’s never been easier to fit studying around your life.
If you want to gain a maths qualification, we can help. Learn Devon offers GCSE and Functional Skills courses starting throughout the year. We have courses starting from August and September onwards. Our maths courses are delivered in-person in Bideford, Exmouth, Newton Abbot and Tavistock, alongside some other locations. We also offer online options for adults who want to study from home.
