Supported Employment Practitioner Skills Bootcamp celebrates 55 graduates

Learners, tutors and delivery partners came together in July to celebrate the achievements of those who successfully completed the Supported Employment Practitioner Skills Bootcamp.
The graduation event recognised the hard work and dedication of 55 learners who gained their qualification through the programme. The afternoon began with cream teas and refreshments, giving the guests an opportunity to socialise and reflect on their achievements together.
The event continued with a presentation ceremony, where learners were presented with their nationally-recognised qualification secured through the Skills Bootcamp. A special highlight of the afternoon was the presentation of the Learner of the Year award to Beth, who was recognised for her dedication and positive attitude to learning.
The Supported Employment Practitioner Skills Bootcamps were delivered through a successful partnerships between Train4Tomorrow, Torbay Council, Plymouth City Council, Devon County Council and Connect to Work.
Together, the organisations have supported learners to develop the skills and knowledge needed to make a positive impact in supported employment services across the region.
The celebration marked the end of a 12-week journey of learning and development, with graduates leaving equipped to support people into their roles. Congratulations to all our learners on completing the Skills Bootcamp.
