Devon's Employment Hubs

Employment and Skills Hubs across Devon are helping adults and young people take their next step towards work, training or a new career. With seven Hubs across the county, people can access free, in-person advice on jobs, career pathways and learning opportunities.

How do they work?

Friendly, skilled advisers work one-to-one with individuals to explore options, build confidence and create clear next steps. Whether you’re a young person starting out, or an adult looking to retrain, return to work or change direction, the Hubs offer ongoing support tailored to your needs. All Hubs work closely with local partners to help you move forward.
