How do I enrol?

Overview

Anybody who would like some additional support or guidance with developing the digital skills used in an office or workplace. This introductory course is suitable for adults with little or no experience of Microsoft office applications.

You will learn how to: Use the Windows 11 desktop Use an internet browser safely and effectively Send and receive basic workplace emails using Microsoft Outlook Create simple documents using Microsoft Word Create simple lists using Microsoft Excel Save, organise and find files and folders

You will be taught by a supportive and friendly tutor who will provide lots of practical help and guidance. Our classes are small and welcoming. You will work with others and on your own, using a variety of resources provided by the tutor. The course is offered at three levels: Beginner, Improver and Confident Learner. You may be asked undertake a short assessment to make sure you are placed on the best course for your ability.
