While you’re all doing your bit to stay at home, we want to offer you a range of free online courses to enhance your physical, mental and social wellbeing. We are here for you whether you are looking for activities to do with your children whilst under lockdown, learn mindfulness techniques and how to manage stress, or study a new language and more.
We also offer a range of different arts and crafts courses to help you maintain your wellbeing at home. It’s proven that using your creativity will help you feel more content and happier so why not learn something new. Our creativity focused classes offer courses in gardening, creative writing or arts.

Whether you would like to learn a relaxation method, join a Pilates class or improve your confidence, we run a variety of classes for your health and wellbeing. Our range of courses include relaxation, mindfulness, stretch and soothe, yoga and more. Explore our range of available classes.
Make your creative juices flow with our poetry and creative writing courses. Work with an experienced tutor to write your own story. Following group discussion and a structured approach, you will be inspired to write using skill and imagination, to help develop your memoires and improve your wellbeing.
