Research shows that people who carry on learning through life report higher wellbeing and a greater ability to cope with stress.
The topic for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week* (14 – 20 May 2018) is Stress: Are we coping? As part of the week, Devon County Council’s adult education service, Learn Devon, will be running a series of FREE workshops, aimed at raising awareness of how learning can help beat stress.
The workshops are open to all. So why not come along, have some fun, learn something new and discover how learning can enrich your wellbeing.
