FREE GCSE maths and English courses for adults in Devon

Join our free English or maths GCSE qualification courses for Devon adults starting in September 2022! You can learn online, from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our tutors and learning support team or at one of our centres across Devon.
How can I join a course?
To be accepted on to a course you will need to come along to an Enrolment Session either virtually or at one of our centres. Before the session you will be asked to complete your initial skills check, which will help us understand the level you’d be entering the course at. During the Enrolment Session our admin team will be able to take your details to set you up on our systems, our learning support team will explain your results from your initial skills check and we will have tutors on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Don’t worry if you are unsure about enrolling and just want to speak to us and ask questions. Come along and our team will be more than happy to chat to you and answer any and all of your questions.

How can I make an appointment to join a Enrolment Session?
Booking is essential and making an appointment for one of our Enrolment Sessions is quick and easy. Choose the centre nearest to you from the list below and call them any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday or 9am and 4pm on Fridays and they will make an appointment for you. Telephoning is the quickest way to secure your place.

What do I need for the Enrolment Session?
For our virtual Enrolment Sessions you will need a computer with a built-in or external microphone and camera to join the virtual Enrolment Session. You will also need to have access to Zoom and have a stable internet connection. If you do not have a computer please still get in touch with our team as they will try their best to make arrangements for you.
For our face to face sessions you may like to bring a pen and paper to make notes.
