Featured Five: courses not to miss this December

As we approach the end of the year, here’s our latest pick of courses starting soon across Devon. These include some great craft, computing and creative writing workshops.

If you see something you’d like to do but it’s not on in your area or the times or dates don’t suit you, find more courses using our online search or contact your local centre – if there’s enough interest in your area, they may be able to put on your course.

Computer skills surgery

Exmouth Library, Exmouth. Tuesday 4 December 10am – 12noon

If you have a laptop, tablet or iPad and struggle to operate it or have specific skills need; join this small informal group and receive support. Find out more

Textile topiary trees

Arts Centre, Bideford.  Thursday 6 December 10am – 12noon

This workshop is for children and accompanying adults/parent/cares who would like to learn how to make a topiary tree decoration using recycled fabric.
