Featured Five: courses not to miss in June

We’re almost half way through the year, the weather is improving and here’s our latest pick of courses starting soon across Devon. These include some great wellbeing and meditation courses and employability and digital workshops.

If you see something you’d like to do but it’s not on in your area or the times or dates don’t suit you, find more courses using our online search or contact your local centre – if there’s enough interest in your area, they may be able to put on your course.

Monthly digital workshop for iPads

Exmouth Library, Exmouth. Tuesday 4 June 10am – 12noon

If you have a laptop, tablet or iPad and struggle to operate it or have a specific skills need; you can attend this small informal group in Exmouth library and receive support. Find out more.

Park meditation

Ockment Centre, Okehampton. Tuesday 11 June 10am – 12noon

This is an introductory workshop with a difference – using the sights, sounds, fragrances and touch of beautiful Simmons Park in early summer – as the focus of our mindfulness and mindfulness meditation practice. Find out more more.
