customer service apprenticeship

If you’re interested in or already working in customer service, a Learn Devon apprenticeship may be for you. An apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications while you’re on the job and earning.

We provide apprenticeship training through a mix of e-learning and face-to-face sessions, which means that we are flexible to you and your employer’s needs. Your employer can be based anywhere in Devon, and with your accompanying courses provided largely through e-learning, you will be able to spend more time at your placement.
