First steps to customer service
Overview
Are you interested in a career in customer service? Is customer service part of your role? By joining this course, you will work towards a nationally recognised qualification you can add to your CV and portfolio to share with volunteering placements or employers.
In this entry level course, you will learn about the benefits and importance of good customer service. You will be able to recognize how to communicate with customers in a retail, hospitality or helping people environment, both face to face and on the telephone. Learn how to make a good first impression and deal with complaints. Explore the needs of a diverse range of customers in a safe and supportive environment.
Join our face-to-face course with a blend of group discussions, videos, quizzes and tasks. You will reflect on your own customer service experiences and share your findings with the tutor.
