Overview
Designed to meet the flexible needs of busy learners, this course is Fast Track for those wishing to start a career customer service or working in a customer facing role. You will work towards a nationally recognised qualification you can add to your CV and portfolio to demonstrate your knowledge to employers.
In this entry level course, you will learn about the benefits and importance of good customer service. You will be able to recognize how to communicate with customers in a retail, hospitality or helping people environment, both face-to-face and on the telephone. Understand how to make a good first impression and deal with complaints and explore the needs of a diverse range of customers and manage expectations.
You will attend our innovative hybrid course with a blend of online and home study materials. You will reflect on your own customer service experiences and share your findings with the tutor.
