Award in Enterprise

Overview

This course if for anyone who is interested in learning skills which are helpful if you are thinking about running your own business or set up a community enterprise.

Learners can choose from a range of units on this Entry level award which are likely to include planning, promoting and delivering an enterprise activity.

You will join with others in discussing, planning and making decisions about enterprise activities. You will identify and take on specific roles within an enterprise activity. You can use your own products or services provided outside the course.

Entry requirements

This course if free for anyone who is 19 and over. You are likely to have little or no experience of running an enterprise activity.

Assessment criteria

There will be a short initial assessment to see if this course is right for you. You will add to a portfolio of evidence each week as you work towards this Gateway qualification. Your progress will be discussed with you individually, to make sure the class is meeting your needs.

What do I need?

A pen and notebook would be useful to make notes. All other resources will be supplied by Learn Devon.
