Half term chill out
Who is this course for?
The Spring half term might not feel much like a holiday, but you can make it feel like one!
Come and learn some easy, relaxing Chill Out exercises that you can do with your kids.
The summer might be far off, but we can always learn how to feel sunny on the inside, whatever the weather!
This workshop is for parents with children of any age up to 11 (up to two children per adult).
In this workshop, you will learn some easy relaxation, mindfulness and gentle, fun Hatha Yoga that you can do on your own or with your children

Additional costs and requirements
You and your children will need to wear loose comfortable clothing.
There are no extra costs.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
Paul will encourage you to practice what you learn in your own time.
About the tutor
Paul Beard (Dip. THY&R [Transformation Hatha Yoga], Dip P. Couns.Coach & OPRC Registered Teacher of Pure Meditation Foundation) is a qualified Yoga instructor, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher and Coach.
Since 2001, Paul has been training and teaching individuals and groups in self-development, well-being and stress management practices.
Paul is also an Approved Foster Carer
with Regional Foster Placements
