Mindfulness for life's challenges
Who is this course for?
Anyone going through one of the traditional ‘big 5’ life stressors – marriage, divorce, redundancy, bereavement or moving house, and would like to manage their challenges using Mindfulness.
Different Mindfulness exercises – including short meditations and relaxation exercises
Using Mindfulness with the difficult thoughts and emotions that come with the big five life stressors to begin reducing their power over you
Enabling you to:
Take charge of stress, develop positivity, and emotional resilience
Increase awareness of the ‘autopilot’ within and that you have choices
Reduce self-criticism and increase compassion and empathy towards yourself and others.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the course. You will work with your tutor on your personal goals within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.
Additional costs and requirements
This course is suitable for anyone who is able and willing to sit for short periods with a focus on their internal experience. No previous experience is necessary.
