Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone that wants to learn and practice Pilates’s stretches to alleviate muscular and joint stiffness and tension.

Course content

During this course you will learn:

To improve mobility, flexibility, and balance.

To understand and improve posture alignment.

Using practical stretches to alleviate muscular and joint tension on specific areas of body

To relax when stretching aiming to reduce anxiety and enhance your wellbeing using Pilates breathing techniques.

Support and feedback

Your tutor will support you throughout the course via the online sessions. You will work with your tutor on your personal needs within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve further.

Will I have to do anything outside of the session?

You will need a laptop / PC / phone / tablet with a camera and microphone/headphones and a good internet connection.

You will need to fill in The Health and Safety questionnaire before joining the sessions.
