Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone that wants to learn and practice Pilates’s principles and its effects on body and mind.
During this course you will learn:
– To improve mobility, flexibility, and balance.
– Learn how to engage deep core muscles when apply Pilates breathing technique.
– Improving posture; understanding and applying alignment.
– Learn to ease muscular tension and stiffness through practical daily Pilates Exercises and Stretches.
– Learn to relax practicing using Pilates breathing to reduce anxiety and enhance your wellbeing.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the course via the online sessions. You will work with your tutor on your personal needs within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions on how to maintain a daily routine practice.

No previous knowledge is needed.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
You will need a laptop / PC / phone / tablet with a camera and microphone/headphones and a good internet connection.
To fill in The Health and Safety form requires before joining sessions.

“How will I learn?
You will be working with your tutor and other learners using an online video platform called Zoom. Your course will include practical Pilates exercises and stretches and discussions with your tutor on best practice. Your tutor will support you throughout, offering best exercises and adaptations to suit your needs and practice in your own time.
Resources and additional information
You also need a Pilates Mat, wear comfortable clothes allowing movement, a hand towel, a water bottle to keep hydrated.

To make the most of what you have learnt in Pilates you need to practice it daily, as recommended by your tutor.
