Why we need Mindfulness, benefits of practising and evidence to support these.

How to practice Mindfulness every day – both inside and outside of meditation

The 7 modes of ‘doing’ and ‘being’ and balancing the two

Tips and guidance for making Mindfulness work for you

Support and feedback

Your tutor will support you throughout the course. You will work with your tutor on your personal goals within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.

What can I do next?

Continuing with Mindfulness practice supports wellbeing. After this course you may like to enrol on more Learn Devon’s Mindfulness courses, such as Stress mastery through mindfulness and meditation, or another wellbeing- related course. You can also practice and build on what you have learnt using Mindfulness Apps such as Headspace or Calm.
