Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who feels troubled or trapped by overthinking, anxiety and/or low mood. It is for those who want to step into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will.

Course content

What mindfulness is. The benefits of practicing mindfulness. How mindfulness increases wellbeing and resilience. How you can take charge of your mind and step into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will. How to step out of relentless thinking and emotions and into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will. Using Mindfulness in difficult circumstances

‘Mindfulness of Vibrancy’ – body scanning for our energy/vitality/aliveness

Support and feedback

Your tutor will support you throughout the session. You will work with your tutor on your personal goal within the structure of the session. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.

How will I learn?

You will be taught at the new Wellbeing Hub in Holsworthy. Your course will include practical tasks and discussions. Your tutor will support you throughout. Your tutor will suggest ideas on what to practice in your own time.Paul Beard, your tutor, will be taking all the necessary Covid precautions.Paul will share information with you during the course which will be emailed to you afterwards.
