Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who feels troubled or trapped by endless overthinking, anxiety and/or low mood. It is for those who want to learn the art and skill of proper relaxation.
You will learn about the different types of relaxation and what is best for your wellbeing. How to take charge of difficult thoughts and feelings through mindfulness. Learn the skill of how to truly relax.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the session. You will work with your tutor on your personal goal within the structure of the session. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.

How will I learn?
You will be taught at the new Wellbeing Hub in Holsworthy. Your course will include practical tasks and discussions. Your tutor will support you throughout. Your tutor will suggest ideas on what to practice in your own time.Paul Beard, your tutor, will be taking all the necessary Covid precautions.Paul will share information with you during the course which will be emailed to you afterwards.
