This course is for anyone who feels troubled or trapped by endless overthinking, anxiety and/or low mood. It is for those who want to step into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will.

The benefits of practicing mindfulness. How presence (also known as mindfulness) increases wellbeing and resilience.
How you can take charge of your mind and step into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will. How to connect / re-connect more easily with others and life. How to step out of relentless thinking and emotions and into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the session. You will work with your tutor on your personal goal within the structure of the session. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.
