Who is this course for?
An introductory session where you will learn how to step out of relentless thinking and emotions and into the peace and stillness of the present moment, at will. This worskshop is for anyone who feels mentally burdened or trapped by relentless overthinking, overanalysing, anxiety and/or low mood.
During this workshop you will learn how to step out of relentless thinking and emotions and into the peace and stillness of the present moment at will. Practising presence (aka mindfulness) greatly enhances and supports wellbeing, resilience and empowers you to take charge of your mind and connect/re-connect more easily with others and life.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the session. You will work with your tutor on your personal goal within the structure of the session. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.
