Cooking and numbers
Who is this course for?
You may already know how to weigh ingredients and measure liquids. You regularly read recipes and work out times and quantities. You can even double up your mixture. There is a lot of maths in cooking which you already know and use. This course is a fun way of building confidence in your maths to encourage you to move forward and get the qualifications you don’t yet have.
You will be following recipes, buying ingredients and making dishes.

You will be encouraged to be responsible for your own learning. An individual learning plan will be used to record your targets and achievements.
Additional costs and requirements
