Exploring Bideford through photography
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone with a device that can take photos; from a Digital SLR camera to a smartphone camera.
You will learn how to photograph notable areas of Bideford, combining learning about Bideford’s history, including historic buildings and locations. Your tutor will support you throughout with suggestions on presentation, composition, and framing.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will assess your progress in terms of getting best shots from photo-shoots.
Successful completion of shots will be assessed by your tutor via digital files of the work that you complete and submit.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
You will need a computer/laptop with camera, microphone and speakers and a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi to access this course.

“How will I learn?
The sessions are a mixture of practical tutor-led photo-shoots on location in Bideford and computer-based sessions from your home, for organizing photos with basic editing software. Links to free online software will be provided.
