Digital skills for work (E2)
Who is this course for?
Anyone who wants to improve their digital skills for work There will be a short initial assessment of your digital skills before you start to make sure the course is right for you.
These short qualifications are designed to help you to develop the digital skills that will support you in getting into work and performing job roles effectively.
Using digital devices (at least one of these types: laptops/tablets and personal computers), you will be learning how to communicate in a work environment and how to access and share work related information.
During the course, you will learn the following:
Be able to use digital skills safely and responsibly in a work setting.
Be able to use digital skills to complete work-related tasks.
Your tutor will help you to build a folder of evidence to show how you have learned these skills.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will give you ongoing support for your learning and will also give you feedback.
Additional costs and requirements
This course is delivered online and provided free of charge. You will, however, need a computer or a tablet with a stable internet connection, as well as a built in or external microphone and camera to attend the course.
To be able to take part in online learning you will be sent a Zoom invitation with your access code.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
Your tutor may ask you to do some work in between sessions.
