Over recent years he has been supporting businesses in Dorset and Hampshire with training and development; working with Tourism Parks, Outdoor Education Centres and the Emergency Services to develop and deliver apprenticeships. Away from work he enjoys a range of activities and is a keen surfer, mountain biker, sailor and skier; he can often be found out and about enjoying the fresh air and the great outdoors.
