Make your own stop motion animation for families
Who is this course for?
Did you love Wallace and Gromit? Raa Raa the Lion or Morph? They are all made using stop motion animation! This course is a really fun opportunity to work together as a family ( maximum of two children per adult) and make your own. Suitable for the novice or those with some experience. Taught in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
You will design and make a character out of modelling clay. You will create a simple background set for your animation using objects or paper. Taking photos using the fantastic and easy to use animation cameras, you will be able to bring your character to life and watch as it dances across your set.
Support and feedback
The tutor will provide demonstrations, 1:1 feedback and support tailored to each individual.
Additional costs and requirements
You do not need to bring anything. But… if you want to include any small toys, props or objects in your animation then bring them along.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
