Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who is being supported on a day-to-day basis but is hoping to become more independent. For those who want to learn art and craft activities connected to the Spring season.
Each week you will explore different crafts to celebrate the Spring season.
You will learn a variety of craft techniques, including paper craft, using clay and working with fabric.
You will be taught how to use a selection of tools safely.
As part of the course, you will also go on a field trip to gain inspiration from nature or the local environment.
All of the items you make will be yours to keep.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you during the course and give you feedback on how you are doing. They will also help you with ideas on what to do next. You will work with your tutor on your targets within the structure of the course.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
We will give you everything you need for the course. You may want to bring your own apron to wear to protect your clothes.

How will I learn?
You will be taught in a small, friendly and supportive group. You will have the opportunity to gain confidence and make new friends.
Your tutor will show you what to do and talk with the group. You will be set tasks and given feedback to support you during the class.
