Who is this course for?
If you are an adult with learning difficulties and disabilities or you are being supported on a day-to-day basis but hope to be more independent in your daily life, then this course is for you.
You will learn:
• How to mix paint colours to get the colours you want for your paintings.
• How to use charcoal and pencil for sketching
• How to create art following instructions
• How to create your own art in the style of famous artists.
Support and feedback
During the course you will be carefully guided to produce your art and will be supported throughout. Your tutor will work with you to check your progress and agree what you need to do to achieve the results that you want.
Additional costs and requirements
There are no entry requirements.
All materials will be supplied, and you do not need to bring anything except an apron to protect your clothes.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
You won’t need to do any homework, but you might like to try some of the art techniques you have learned in your own time.
