Pottery: Being enterprising matters
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for all ALDD learners. It will be a small and friendly group with extra help from an additional support person.
You will be learning about how to create a mini-enterprise. We will design and make pottery and other craft products, work out how much it costs, and organise a craft stall to sell our work to raise money for a charity or cause decided by the group.
Support and feedback
We will have lots of discussions in the group. You will have lots of opportunity to ask questions and the tutor will give lots of feedback. The things we make and sell will also show what we’ve achieved.
Additional costs and requirements
There are no extra costs.
You will need your own apron or overall.
Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
Depending on what we choose to make, there might be times when we might have to go away and gather things to use.
