More drawing for pleasure
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who would like to improve their drawing skills. It is aimed at those with some experience or who attended the previous Drawing for Pleasure course.
Over the five weeks, the course will look at how to do quick sketches, how to refine your work, use shading techniques and composition, by looking at landscapes, still life and proportions of the body and face. It is intended that the course will provide you with the opportunity to interact with other learners in relaxed and enjoyable sessions.
Support and feedback
Your tutor will support you throughout the course via the online session. You will work with your tutor on your personal goals within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.

Will I have to do anything outside of the session?
You will need a laptop / PC / phone / tablet with a camera and microphone / headphones and a good internet connection. You will need to provide your own materials.

“How will I learn?
You will be working with your tutor and other learners using an online video platform called Zoom. Your course will include practical tasks and discussions and your tutor will support you throughout. You may wish to continue work between the sessions. This will help you to get the best from the course and to progress at a pace you are comfortable with.
