Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who has an interest and prior experience of studying Still Life painting and drawing in some capacity. This course is aimed at those with some experience, not the beginner.

Course content

You will be exploring ways of looking and seeing. You will be trying a variety of activities. These include using a range of materials for painting and drawing. Each week there will be a different focus, technique or activity: watercolour still life, charcoal and conte crayon, collage. You will be able to explore your own ideas and follow set practical tasks.

Support and feedback

Your tutor will support you throughout the course via the online sessions. You will work with your tutor on your personal goals within the structure of the course. You will receive feedback on your progress and suggestions as to how to improve.

Additional costs and requirements

Previous experience of studying Still Life Painting & Drawing.

Will I have to do anything outside of the session?

You will need a laptop / PC / phone / tablet with a camera and microphone / headphones and a good internet connection. You will need to provide your own materials.
