Beautiful wedding: on a budget
This workshop will follow on from the moodboard workshop. You will develop ideas for favours, accessories, flowers, stationery etc. There are many aspects of your big day that can be done for a fraction of the cost if you do-it-yourself! You will find out how and where to save money as well as finding out tips on creating your own flowers, designing stationery, making bridesmaid dresses, bunting, favours and more! You will make some beautiful crafty accessories to take home as well.

We provide materials for the day. A light lunch is also included.

About the tutor
Sam Brown currently works as a tutor for Learn Devon running courses in craft and design. Prior to this she had a varied career working as a Graphic Designer, an Interior Designer and as a Manager in interior and fashion retail.
Sam has a BA(Hons) in Design/Typography from the University of Plymouth as well as diplomas in Interior Design and Fashion and Textile Design.
Since childhood, Sam has loved making handcrafted pieces, developing skills in needlecraft and creative textiles techniques. She is interested in combining old and new technologies in her work from hand embroidery to digitally printed fabrics and from letterpress printing to Adobe Creative Cloud.
