• ‘Taster’ activities or short accredited courses, in subjects from mosaic- making to hedge-laying to energy efficiency to computing. Whatever your interest you could find a free or subsidised course to help you explore it and decide whether to take it further. We will add to these continually.
• A link to on-line learning resources in your preferred subject, such as those run by the BBC.
• An easy search for any further course of learning or training that interests you. Through our link with Devon Floodlight you have access to a huge range of activities across the county, from recreational courses to accredited training and degrees.
• Impartial advice and support on choosing courses and pursuing a career, through Next Step
• A search for providers of learning who could come and work with your community group, running just the training you really want. An easy form for you to contact them with your interests.
• A Tutor register: whether you are a tutor looking for work, or an individual or an organisation looking for a tutor, this search can help you.
• Case Studies of our past activities and people who have enjoyed them!
• Partnership: Your organisation could be a member of the Devon Community Learning Partnership which runs Learn Devon. Plus access to funding schemes, ways of co-operating, widening community participation and sharing experience. Together we can increase the amount of high-quality learning we can provide in Devon.
